to a great start on our 2nd year as this Club. Come join us for lunch on Thursdays,
12:00 Noon. Enjoy our club and
fellowship!

The East Tulsa-Broken Arrow and the Tulsa Southeast Club merged clubs
effective 10/01/2009 and we are now the “Kiwanis Club of East Tulsa County”. Weekly meetings on Thursday at 12:00
Noon. At the Golden Corral, 71st and Mingo Rd., Tulsa.

11/16 - Thanksgiving Dinner for Margaret Hudson
School, Broken Arrow. Serving starts at 11:15
a.m. Meal is being catered at a
reduced cost by Golden Corral, thanks to Ray Vasquez. Each club member volunteer should bring
a pie, cake, or other desert, and then help serve.

We will meet at the Margaret
Hudson facility, 751 West
Knoxville Street, Broken Arrow,
OK (Located behind the
Long John Silver location on Elm (161st), just south of Houston (81st Street). Meet at this location prior to 11:00 AM
in order to get all set up for the function. (Golden Corral will be
catering the event, and we serve the residents and faculty

Interclub
Activities & Various Division functions:
|
|
Tuesday,
November 23, 2010, Division Council meeting for Division 25. This is for a meeting of all Division
Club Officers, and is open to any Kiwanian for attending. A topic that will be covered is the
District Convention for 2013 and the possibility of Division 25 (All
Clubs in Division) Hosting the Convention.
We
will get the room so it will be available for Dinner either before or
after the meeting. Take your
choice on dinning time.

Meeting will begin at 6:00 PM, but the
room will be ready by 5:30 PM, at “Spaghetti Warehouse”, located at 221 East Brady Street, Tulsa, OK.
You may order before or after the meeting to enjoy a great cusine.
Please put on your calendar and attend
the Division Council meeting.
There will be another club hosting with us so we can participate
in an interclub, but we need members in attendance.

Kiwanis Christmas Party
|
Ron and Barbara Grossman have
again offered to host our Christmas Party, which is scheduled for
Thursday, 2 December 2010. Arrive
around 5:45 PM and Dinner will be served at 6:30 PM. Reservations due by Saturday, 27 November.
Guests should bring: A-C – Appetizers, D – M – Vegetable or Salad, N – Z
Dessert.
We will play “Auctionology”
so each person must bring a total amount of $5.00, must be in your choice
of Change.
